泵軸彎曲如(ru)何讓(rang)測量?

軸(zhou)(zhou)彎曲后,會引起(qi)轉子的不平衡和(he)動靜部(bu)分的磨損,把小(xiao)型(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)承放(fang)在(zai)V形鐵上,大型軸承放在滾(gun)輪支架上,V形鐵或(huo)支(zhi)架要放穩固,再把千(qian)分表(biao)支(zhi)上,表(biao)干指(zhi)向軸(zhou)心,然后緩慢盤(pan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)泵軸(zhou),如有彎曲,每轉一圈(quan)千(qian)分尺有個(ge)最大和最小的(de)(de)讀(du)數,兩(liang)讀(du)數之差說(shuo)明軸(zhou)彎曲的(de)(de)最大徑向跳動(dong)(dong)(dong)量,也稱晃度(du)。軸(zhou)彎曲度(du)是晃度(du)的(de)(de)二分之一,一般軸(zhou)的(de)(de)徑向跳動(dong)(dong)(dong)是中間(jian)不超過0.05mm,兩端部超(chao)過0.02mm。
